Policies

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved service(s). This applies to changing your service at arrival. If you no-show an appointment, you are subject to a fee of 100% of the service(s) booked. This fee is non-negotiable, and a card on file is required to book. 

 If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the 50% cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

 I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

I reserve the right at any time to refuse service for any reason. If you are sick with a communicable illness, display threatening behavior, or break rules of my establishment, you will be asked to leave and your card on file will be charged accordingly.

Any relevant consent forms must be filled out and signed before the appointment has begun.

No pets or animals are allowd in Studio K unless they are a trained service animal. Smoking is not prohibited in the building. Secondary guests will not be permitted without notice/approval by me unless it is a parent/guardian accompanying a minor.
